4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable
• A £10 shipping fee applies to all orders
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
• Payment must be received before we dispatch your order
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

5. Orders and Delivery

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging and documentation.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product:

• Return the item in its original condition within 14 days of cancellation
• We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

8. Virtual Viewing Service

We offer virtual viewing appointments via live video consultation. Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via booking@crowncarat.co.uk.

9. Product Authenticity and Quality

All jewellery sold by Crown & Carat is guaranteed to be authentic. Product descriptions, including gemstone specifications and metal purity, are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under UK law, we are liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
